My daughter, Toni Rothpletz, and I have collaborated to write a book about understanding personalities and their impact on interpersonal communications. The style is written to educate the reader while entertaining them. The reader will learn about things such as personality assessments and how they can explain why people have personality issues such as being introverted or extroverted and how they are to deal with opposites in the working world as well as in society in general. It will be written in a young adult voice with a comedic tone and irreverence that should appeal to the young adult.

In the end, the reader actually will have learned how to better cope in the working world and will have become more patient and understanding of the differences that we all have in our personalities. Having taught organizations how to work better in a team situations, my experience will come into play giving examples of different personality profiles. Toni has also studied emotional intelligence and provides a young adult’s perspective.
