I am driven to improve people's lives and their potential  by  instilling knowledge that allows them to be successful.  My collection of published articles and books I write exemplifies this.

I have two daughters, in their 20s, who have inspired me to write books and articles to share the types of things that I try to teach them.  My oldest daughter, Terra Rothpletz, graduated with a degree in Portuguese Communications and is fluent in several languages.  My youngest, Toni Rothpletz, graduated with a Global Business Marketing degree and is collaborating with me on one of my books.

Currently I am an online professor at six universities teaching business-related courses to bachelor, master and doctoral students. I have also written several books including one on how to reinvent your career, one focusing on personal finance, one focusing on online education and the other exploring the use of personality assessment in the workplace.

With a B.S., M.A., and Ph.D., I am an accomplished businessperson with real-life experience working in real estate, finance, technology and pharmaceutical industries. My experience also includes working as an organizational development consultant helping companies with training, time management, emotional intelligence and facilitating the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Instrument.
